Water Resources Research
We see fresh water from new perspectives as we take a look at some of the Water Resources Research Center’s work to better understand the unique water and wastewater management problems that we face in the Pacific. We visit the Kako’o O’iwi lo’i in Kāne’ohe, talk with engineers about wastewater disposal and the problem of groundwater leaking into sewer pipes, and look deep underground at stores of freshwater within the Hawaiian islands.
