Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore
Vice President Gore, known for his visionary leadership and decades of work on reducing the harmful impacts of climate change. He will be sharing his insights on renewable energy, sustainable energy and water use, and the impacts of human practice and climate change on the essential resources and how they relate to Hawai‘i.
This free seminar was co-hosted by the University of Hawai‘i Sea Grant College Program, the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Chancellor’s Office, and the University of Hawai‘i Foundation. It was held at the Stan Sheriff Center where nearly 7000 people attended.
