We are excited to announce North Shore Community Land Trust is partnering with University of Hawaiʻi Seagrant, Integral Engineering, Surfrider Foundation, and SSFM (a planning firm) to develop a North Shore Beach Management Plan. The goal of the Plan is to develop site specific beach management strategies along the shoreline from Kapoʻo to Paumalū. We are reaching out to North Shore community members and organizations in order to get community input on potential strategies to help with shoreline erosion within this project area.

We will be hosting our first community meeting on Saturday Nov. 1st from 10am to 12 noon at Sunset Beach Elementary School cafeteria and we hope to see you there.
