Dr. Samuel Kekuewa conducts coral reef health and water quality monitoring as a postdoctoral researcher for the Nalley Lab at UH Mānoa. He investigates how land-sea interactions, climate variability, and human activities shape coral reef ecosystems in Hawaiʻi. He aims to support place-based management that enhance reef resilience.
