Max Weber serves as administrative services manager and liaison between the PI-CASC University Consortium and its federal partners located in Hawaiʻi. In addition, he oversees all aspects of pre-award submissions for the University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant College Program. He provides guidance and interpretation of agency and programmatic policies and procedures to principal investigators and project personnel related to applications, reports, and other documents.

Max earned a BBA in finance from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law. He has been licensed to practice in Hawaiʻi since 2021. Previously, Max worked for the UH Mānoa Office of Research Services (ORS) as a contracts and grants specialist, and before that as a paralegal and as accounts payable specialist.
