Who participated in the West Kauaʻi Community Vulnerability Assessment (WKCVA)?
Anyone who lived or worked on the west side was welcome and needed! Also, County and State Government staff responsible for infrastructure and assets (such as roads, drainage, etc.) were key participants in the WKCVA, as well as private landowners and businesses.
Where was the West Kauaʻi Community Vulnerability Assessment conducted?
The vulnerability assessment covered the area in the West Kauai Planning District, from Numila to Mānā, including the communities of Hanapepe-ʻEleʻele, Port Allen, Waimea, and Kekaha.
