Ka Pili Kai Winter 2008

For over 40 years, the dedicated faculty and staff of the University of Hawai‘i Sea Grant College Program (UH Sea Grant) have been working diligently to improve the lives of coastal residents. This has been accomplished in various ways by a talented team of scientists, extension faculty, educators and communicators. In this issue we are proud to share a “snapshot” of the work that is being conducted every day by UH Sea Grant and, while it would have been impossible to highlight all the work that occurs on a daily basis, we hope this issue will provide a glimpse of the fascinating work conducted by these remarkable individuals.
